Snow Shovels

For Christmas, Dan and Eli received yellow snow shovels. They matched the one Eli bought for Jonah a few months ago. Here are a few pictures of the boys working together to clear the driveway. Unfortunately, they are now out of yellow shovels so I will just have to watch this winter.

Recuperation

Rocky is recovering nicely from his surgery yesterday. We were told he will be feeling like himself again in another 3-4 days.

The Rockstar has/had a mast cell tumor aka cancer under his eyelid. The only measure available to cure him, in addition to chemo, was the removal of his right eye.

We hope those days go by quickly for him and he is back to being our sweet happy Rocky very soon!

Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving this year in Cincinnati. We had a wonderful time and Lee and Joe Ed were excellent hosts. We met Annabelle for the first time and it was Eli's first time meeting a few people as well. The boys had a great time. When they team up with Catherine , Jeb, Leila and Annabelle they have a lot of fun. Catherine was very patient with her younger cousins. The trip seemed too short, we wish we had more time as always.
