And the beet goes on.


In an effort to be creative with our CSA share, I saw this recipe for a Beet Bundt Cake and decided to give it a try. With it's great reviews I fully expected it to be a tasty treat. I was quite wrong. It is a chocolate cake with a unique beety aftertaste. I guess my search for uses of beets continues!

Have you tried beet salad? Jason had one at a restaurant this summer and quite enjoyed it...

I love beet salads but I am the only person in my family who will eat them. I thought I could "hide" them in cake....I guess not!
