To Whom It May Concern:
I placed an order on 12/6/10 on your website. I have not received my desired shipment and I'm concerned that my bag may have been lost or forgotten during this Christmas season. If you could please provide a tracking number, or better yet, I will come and pick up the package directly since I cherish his arrival.
